Everyday legends: The lives and activities of the Fighters of the Warsaw Uprising will be the subject of the professional seminar for educational trip guides. The seminar will also be open to the general public. The seminar will open at the Yad Mordechai Museum on March 5, at 9:00 in the morning.

The seminar will include a lecture by Dr. Katarzyna Person from the Jewish Historical Institute in Warsaw on the activity and legacy of Marek Edelman,  a workshop on the use of materials of the Ringelblum Archive conducted by Yad Mordechai Museum guides, a panel named “Myth and Ethos between the Sink and the stove” with Mr. Haim Hartman and Ms. Ruhi Narkis whose parents were among the Fighters of the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising and, finally, a lecture by Dr. Michael Wolfa from the Music Academy on the subject of the Holocaust in the works of Yonat & Alexander Sand.
