In the Institute
Gallery continues the exhibition “Wondering” of Prof.
Anna Goebel, Poland. The exhibition documents her works
created in various countries: Poland, Israel, Australia,
Germany, Slovakia, Finland and others.
“In the countless journeys Anna has encountered many
faces of humans and flowers, insects and birds. She has
embraced with both hands stones and sands, the skins of
plants and animals, the waters of streams and the
jelly-like water of the Dead Sea.
She learned about what cannot be rationally explained
but will accompany her, be with her as in communion. She
will remain with it a strange relationship, trying to
create an understanding or friendship, feeling how
foreign these rules are and at the same time how close
to her they remain: the mysteries which can never be
revealed”.
